Additional Information: Placed an order for the seller's DM service about a week ago, prepaying for 10k+2.5k bonus messages. I contacted them to carry out the messages 5-6 days ago but ever since it has been excuse after excuse. While I understand if they were unable to work due to feeling ill from the covid vaccine, what I don't get is them promising 2-3 times they would be able to do it later but still no result. He was on the Discord earlier when I left my last message and was also on the forum too, so I feel he could be ignoring me. I've also been in contact with another buyer who is having the exact same issues. I've been as polite as I could but I am tired of the runaround and empty promises and just wish for a refund. No hard feelings towards the seller and I wish them well.
