From the evidence provided in this dispute, the following is able to be discerned as true.

• The buyer was in contact with the seller on Telegram, an external platform.
  • Proof of statement:

    • provided him with everything needed, there’s no confirmation, i’m not the one who deleted the chat.

• The seller claims that they did not delete the chat history, whilst confirming that they did indeed do so in other excerpts.
  • Proof of statement:
    • Denying claim

      •  i’m not the one who deleted the chat.

    • Contradiction of the denial

• The seller falsely claims to have previously offered to indemnify the buyer for half of the total amount (300 euros) until the progression of the deal was completed, at which point the buyer was to return the remainder of the total back to the seller. The seller offered a full refund to the buyer according to the evidence provided by the seller.

• The seller claims to be able to provide evidence of the confirmation, although never provides any such evidence; even after the buyer has requested such proof numerous times. There is still no evidence or proof provided by the seller to justify their statements, although they have made claims of such evidence existing.
