I am Faith's partner, the one who paid for this AltPay account. To keep this short and refresh what happened, we bought an AltPay account with a PingME linked which wasn't receiving any SMS at all (It’s a UK Revolut Number), we gave it the benefit of the doubt and assumed the service was down, so we kept trying for a couple days to no avail. We tried getting a number change but the support requests ID & Selfie to have it changed, both of which we do not have access to.

Since PureGold couldn't fix the issue on that account, he offered us a coupon code for use on his shop, after analyzing his store for a while, I could safely say there was nothing of interest for me. The prices were incredibly inflated comparing it to other vendors, and the only item I was interested was AltPay, however this is not the solution we're looking for as we also discovered that AltPay have terminated their contract with Apple Pay & Mastercard so we don't have a viable way of depositing money into the account anymore. 

Due to the longevity of this issue, we have bought an alternative service from another seller (https://imgur.com/a/ukJ8l4l). So now that we don't have an account of his, we would rather have the coupon code removed to instead receive a refund to get this chapter closed.

This order is 13 Days Old. He complained after 5 days of using it (He topped up the Account). I gave him number matching access + account as well. You cannot add a pingme number without receiving an OTP in that number, You also cannot add a number to altpay without confirming it with OTP. He first wanted a solution, Then He put a DD, Marked it as solved after I gave him store credits as we agreed on, Then now he is asking for refund of a 13 days old product, What the actual Fuck?

Not to forget, I told him I can divide the coupon code if the value is in negative. He refused and wants refund lol. This is by no means logical from my side at all. He is simply trying to change his mind and blaming it on me for doing so, In hopes he get refund

I complained after 5 days of using because as I told you, we tried waiting to see if the issue is temporary on the platform's end (which it was not), the phone number was registered under the Revolut UK category on pingme and wasn't receiving any sms at all, how you added this number without confirming OTP? No idea, but we clearly showed you it wasn't getting the SMS lol. Your response times are way longer than they need to be so ofc this will prolong our issue. The product isn't 13 days old, 13 days is what it's taken for us to think about the right solution to this, the product issue was reported within 5 days.

I told you I do not need a coupon code even if you divide it, I do not need anything anymore from your store, your prices aren't comprehensible at all and it doesn't make sense at all. It's a completely reasonable request to ask for a refund after my product was not working as intended, and since I don't have any account from you there shouldn't be an issue at all with getting a refund, am I obliged to keep working with your products after the bad experience? I was losing money for every day the account wasn't working so the obvious solution was to buy it from someone else.

I tried searching for something I need on your store, but it's all unreasonably expensive and would result in a loss for me. I need a refund, make this right PureGold.
