Restrict Users from linking CashLink/AdLink sites to the uploaded files

Can you please do something about restricting users from linking adlinks/cashlinks file uploading sites such as: 

1. https://www.up-4ever.org
2. https://www.file-up.org

Users link these cash link sites to the uploaded files in sensitive sections such as Combolists which is critical for cracking account and hence attract a hell of traffic, thereby, earning money by luring users like honeybees to a honey comb.
