What changes:
— Full reservations are only available for law enforcement agencies and companies with state defense orders — they can reserve all employees;
— Limits are being introduced for the rest:
• “Government agencies” — up to 95% of employees;
• Companies with mobilization tasks from the Government — up to 95%;
• Organizations associated with the Central Bank, Rosatom, and Roscosmos — up to 85%;
• Companies with tasks from local authorities — up to 75%.
— Current reservations are valid until March 21, 2025, after which new rules will come into effect;
— For the first time, the government has clearly defined how many people can be reserved — such data was not available before.
