 I ordered 12 servers paid 400 euro, it been 4 days, they cant deliver the servers properly, and every time they give me a panel with some servers, all servers get deleted after a few hours this happened twice, and seller refuse to refund the payment saying that he paid hetzner for the servers and cant do nothing about it, this is an absolute scam

anyway bro, t.o.s doesnt give you the right to take ppl money and scam them, you cant resell other companies products under your name, and add your commission on the top of that and  come back saying sorry I gave them your money and I cant refund you, you have a serious problem with your provider and it became a joke, you delivered servers twice and they got deleted after a few hrs and you have no idea why or how to fix that. and btw I am down to give you some extra time,  if you can clarify when you can deliver exactly and guarantee the quality.

once more, after he msged me asking to give him more time till Wednesday, I said ok, on Wednesday he delivered 5 servers only of 12 servers, and after 24 hrs all servers got deleted again for the 3rd time without using them at all, This seller is a joke and should be banned so other members wont fall in the same scam, specially he is refusing to refund my money.
