Additional Information: Sold me a fake Verified PayPal account tier 3, i received a payment at his StealthPaypal and got limited with 1 dollar transaction, reason was account not being verified and Bank not verified i uploaded the docs he provided me for unlimite the account and got instant perma.
I can provide any screenshot Staff needs
Tried to talk with him but he keeps saying his tos and bla bla, he didnt provide the product i paid for and wasted my time on it.

Reply: i can see you odnt know how paypal accounts work, since they dont reveiw not uploaded files, they reveiw what you did upload and limit date was 14 february, so they saw the ID and literally ban the account, so thats not how i works, so sad i need to explain this to you, cause you are a paypal account seller but ok.

Remark, that CAUSE bank wasnt verify, you cannot verify the Paypal account so i had my account limited cause i had 1 dollar transaction on it without my account being verified.

To get your account unlimited you gotta upload everything they ask you for. Even if we take what you say as a true statement, i clearly state in my thread that you CAN unlimit your account, not that you are going to, there is a difference, i never promised that you will get it unlimited.
