Additional Information: The refund procedure started on November 7th, the refunder did not give me any answer on telegram for more than 4 weeks despite my numerous reminders. Then he answered me that I would have the refund within 1-3 days on December 1st but he doesn't answer me anymore since after trying to reach him several times. The refund process was supposed to take 3 to 14 days, but it's been well over a month now.

No payment was taken, refund delays doesnt mean you were scammed. Be patient and wait for the refund to be completed, I have already done the process from my side. Its a country that Zara has not been done very often for hence there were extra delays which werent expected. According to this users refund history, he has done previous refunds which had succeeded

not even a valid scam report mods, no payment was taken from him at all as its payment after refund confirmation anyways.
