SCAM REPORT AGAINST @BIEBER

Amount or Item(s) Scammed: I have a lot of clients at him and each one has different days remaining with different plans and its a clusterfuck to calculate it but will do it upon request. Its several hundreds of dollars to give a ball park number.

Additional Information:

So where do I even start, basically I bought Adobe upgrades from him throughout 2022 and in the beginning it was fine, but now since several months drops are happening left and right and he is either taking too long to fix them like several days or straight up not fixing them in the last couple days.
As you can see on the last pictures I asked him proof since my clients are keep saying that it is not fixed even though he says its fixed, I mean dude if they cant use it its obvious its not fixed, why are you lying about it?
I told him many times that my clients use this for work so a lot of stuff depend on it, could be their livelihood and etc. but no he doesnt give a shit about it since he would have improved by now but like I said this has been a reoccurring theme since like 2-3 months now.
Because of this I already had to either refund or move many of my clients to an other more stable method which is btw not trial, and lost a lot of money because of his actions, his negligence, uncaring, apathetic nature.

Hes using a trial method which I know for sure since my clients can tell too from the email and on their panel, I am guessing it has been turning into shit and a lot of drops are happening and hes just CBA to constantly fix them since it is happening several times a week by now.
I saw yesterday he also posted a lovely thread that he is selling this trial method so its obvious he is done with Adobe, he might be even done with his whole carrier here who knows.
Solution would have been easy, if you dont want to do it anymore you refund my clients for the remaining amount of time, you should also cover the costs that was moving my clients to another seller and refunds that I had to do because of your negligence since you caused that, its one thing the method starting going to shit but you still have to do your job and fix them, and if not then just refund it in time so from the refund money at least I can move them to a more stable solution and not waste my time, their time and money, but no. Now you just owe me even more money.

Since months now hes on invisible status on Discord, a lot of the times hes ignoring my messages, concerns etc. I only took a few screenshots because I didnt wanted to put like 100 screenshots going back to months and months but anyway I can provide that to an admin if he wants to read several months of messages.
Its obvious he doesnt want any fix, he doesnt want to do his job, he doesnt want to refund, he doesnt want to own up to his mistakes because thats what con artists and scammers here do. Not my first rodeo with him just saying, I already had another debacle with him for Game Pass codes which he got banned for on Nulled, but in the end we "sorted it out" and I got him unbanned again so he can get another chance. Sorting that out was a pain in the ass too just saying.

Just some clarifications on the 4th picture, so in december I miscalculated the amount of clients I still have with him because some expired and others had to be moved, refunded etc. and gave him like 70-80 clients but in reality there was only like 30-40 left with him, we agreed that I pay him monthly 90$ for around 80 people so basically around 1.12$/client/month. When I told him this that I overpaid he straight up refused to acknowledge it and just ignored me, I tried for days trying to talk this out with him but in the end I was like okay broski im just going to do it in my own way since you are ignoring me and basically want to scam my anyway.
I told him okay we will just deduct it from the next month which of course he ignored too. This month came and most of my clients got removed since trial expired and then he says to me that I have to pay him for this month, which I of course clarified I already had covered from previous month, then he goes full retard and refuses to understand what im explaining to him, in the end I guess accepts it but then not? I dont know he acts like a mad kid who didnt got what he wanted then starts lashing out on you for no reason.
Then again like I said, now he just refuses to fix my clients, doesnt show any proof, not like its needed since my clients do say it doesnt work. They usually get an email if the trial is active, I asked them and they said no they didnt get it, which of course since he is not doing shit.

Anyway, conclusion, what I want from him is I give 2 options:
1. Either improve, fix my clients in time, same day or max 24 hours but 24 hours should be a rare occasion and stop fucking ignoring me and my concerns.
2. Refund the remaining amount of time that my clients still have at you and cover the people that had to be moved or refunded and we are done.
