Additional Information:
I purchased a 12-month YouTube Premium + YouTube Music subscription upgrade for my own account. However, after only 4 months, I was unexpectedly removed from the family group associated with this service.
I reported this issue to Cheapdip, and was assured that it would be investigated. Despite waiting for a week, I have not received any further communication or resolution.
This is particularly concerning as I can see that your team has been active online recently.

I am requesting that you either:
1.    Reinstate my access to the service for the remaining 8 months, or
2.    Provide a refund for the unused portion of the subscription.

I look forward to a prompt resolution to this matter.
