Screenshots of Communication: N/A(discord server got disbanded, all purchases were done through tickets, which of i didnt screenshot, except one rdp, which i got through dms


Additional Information: Basically, the panel had a problem(so they said) and they told us to wait 4-5 hours(been like a day, and server got disbanded)
Probably won't get refund, i don't care much, but deal with it if you may.
I would like to add that the delay is unacceptable, lost some files there, and even if i get the rdps back, i have lost 2 days of my job, cause of their ''hack'' which in my opinion shouldnt matter its their jobs to handle their panel not mine.
