Additional Information: I dmed this person on telegram because (as you can see on the first picture), he was offering fortnite accounts on the forum. I was buying Fortnite Mail Full Access Accounts for 100$ for all, but didn't trusted this guy, so I told him that I wanna test buying one first for 10$. I sent him the money on LTC, he made me wait for confirmation, after the transaction got 1 confirmation (as your can see on the pictures), he blocked me on telegram and didn't send me any accounts even though I Paid. (Scamming 10$ its stupid having a 60 euro upgrade on c.to lmao)
