Additional Information: I bought a Visa prepaid back in august, used it on my aged amazon account, worked perfectly, fast forward to yesterday, I heard ping.fo is closing down and that they had a discount on visas, so I decided to buy a $200 visa, I used on the same amazon account as before, and it declined. My account is aged (2017), with over 500+ orders, 118 on 2022 only, so the account isn't the issue. I contacted their non existent support, and they took HOURS to respond, and responded saying that they don't refund for Amazon declines, I asked them where they state that in their website and they ignored the question. I checked the WHOLE website, and nowhere in their website/product does it state that. + I used the SAME method they provided me for amazon, so in theory if the card worked, it should've worked. I don't even want to deal with replacements as I've already heard people complaining about replacements, so I don't want to bother with that, I just want a refund. Please solve this ASAP @datatouch
