Additional Information: September 11 is when i sent him LTC to acquire the fully verified Venmo account from him and he did say that he needed 5 days to deliver. After 5 days he did not deliver and when i tried to reach out he ignored until i brought up reporting him on cracked.io , after which he responded and asked for more days. i have bought from him before so i thought he was legit, but after another 4 days and no updates. i am reporting him for the full refund of $50.
