Additional Information: I paid this idiot to make me a thread design, a signature, and to set up my discord server, I've been waiting for a fucking week now and he's unable to send me any finished work and only makes excuses like he's having problems with his software or some other bullshit, I don't have any more time to waste, I've just hired someone else because he's not capable of doing it, I'd like to get my money back but he keeps ignoring me 48 hours ago, he promised me that if he didn't send me a finished job within 24 hours I would receive a "double refund". It's been 48 hours now, and I still haven't received anything. I don't give a damn about the double refund, just send me what I paid you since you are unable to deliver the work.

DISCLAIMER: I'm writing this for the second time because I accidentally deleted the entire text, so I apologize in advance if I keep making changes/edits to this reply.
APOLOGIZE: First and foremost, I want to apologize to the customer for keeping him waiting for so long. I hope the apology is received by the other clients who are now awaiting service. However, in this situation, it is you and @LosJacQuikos. (Who will receive his designs in a few hours)
SCAM REPORT RELATED: I apologized, but I disagree with some of the statements made.
I'm curious as to why you hired someone else to complete the job when I previously pointed out that your design is completely finished? (Isn't it logical to wait a certain amount of time and then open a scam report afterwards). I did not answer for a couple of hours because I was not at home, and the client was informed several times that we were in a different time zone. Also, you said that I did not respond to the message in the previous 48 hours, and on the day you posted the scam report, you also received a message that the job was completed, 12 hours before this report.

You mentioned that you posted a scam report on me (which was closed, which means you received everything you paid for). After the scam report, you asked for EDIT, I said that I will do it, although it is not my obligation, but a good will, considering that this type of service can be charged but it is not and will not be which means that you are free to contact me in PM so that I can deliver you the edit in the shortest possible time.

I said what I had, if there was a problem with time then you should have opened the report before you got anything, not now when you got both designs. It's not my fault that we have different tastes (you are part of my server, you had a look at my portfolio). I started and finished a brand new piece of work, for which you also got a sneak peak (proof of work). I have nothing more to say because I can see that you cannot have a nice conversation, so I guess we are waiting for @Liars.
I also forgot to mention that you didn't provide enough informations for what I warned you about and you didn't emphasize the exact design you wanted anywhere, only after I sent it.
