I know this is not my deal dispute. But I wanted to share to both @fl0xy and @Kevacy that Frost don't usually show "Account Locked" Issue, Instead they have this "Too many Login Attempt" Issue. You can say it's their way of saying the account is dead. Telling you both this so maybe next time you can cooperate :)
Also, @fl0xy try logging into the frost using a mobile device instead of web, Someone told me they sometimes login to mobile.
