Amount or Item(s) Scammed: So far he have failed 6 labels.  He did 2  new  drops. So it means he need to drop 4 more labels. I asked him to drop 3 and he said that i need to pay for them.

I had previously opened a scam report against him,  but he did 1 redrop that failed again, bcs he did lit instead of V3.

this boy has confirmation Dhl amz.pl

but it doesn't make any difference.
my service has rules and this boy is familiar with these rules.
I think that he is no more than 15 years old and every time he comes up with a new problem to get a free service.
although I made an exception and sent 2 of his labels for free

Okay. Lets talk. 
Frau failed 3 labels for me- all box were sent back to the sender (that's what the tracking shows), so it means - It's failed. If you need the tracking i can send a dm.
We agreed that he would give  2 drops for it again.  Now these too labels has failed too ( not scanned, can give you tracking) . So he still owes me 60 eur refund or re-drop.

1. I cannot be held responsible if your SE or refund is unsuccessful.
2. I cannot be held responsible if your package is lost in transit.
3. I try to send the package within 24 hours. Most often this happens earlier.
4. If your package was stopped by the carrier for inspection or if your package was lost / stuck / damaged on the way - I can re-send this package for 3 euros !!!
5. If the package has been sent, but the track number has not been updated within 4-5 days, I will resend it at no additional charge.
6. I cannot be held responsible if your package is re-marked by the courier service or discovered by someone, resulting in failure.
7. I cannot be held responsible for the package when it is in transit!

First of all, i dont want to use ur service, i just wanted to get a refund for failed drops. You said that you can do another drop for failed ones. Thats what i took - it did not work, cuz you failed again.
