I am 100% sure that this person is NGonline and GreenLantern, from his GreenLantern account he buys services from other sellers and in his new account: Globalmarket sells it a little more than the price.
I have known this person for a long time, in his new account he is selling GIFT CARD AMAZON WITH BALANCE.
However, he sent me a REFUNDING method that I don't need and the only thing this person has done is delete all the messages from him as you can see in the screenshot and he blocked me.
But I think that the conversation is more than evident that he has deleted everything, because there is his profile and it shows that he has deleted his messages and as you can see he is still working on the forum.
I know there is not much proof, but please don't stop this kind of thing from happening, nowadays this person is a scammer.
