Additional Information:

Purchased Winndixie config and paid 3.7 LTC at the time, I gave him time to either fix or give replacement config but never came to it and decided it was long enough so I just requested a refund. I paid 3.7 LTC so it only made sense I was returned that amount and user is refusing a refund because he wants to pay back in fiat value instead of the crypto amount I sent so he could make a few bucks.

I don't want to speak abt the config since it's old news. But the problem is I asked the op multiple times about a refund. In fact, when he purchased and I failed to make it work in his RDP multiple times I asked twice if he wants a refund but he refused and asked for credit.

But when he asked for a refund again before the dispute I readily asked for he addy for a refund but he mentioned he wanted the exact LTC amount he send. Here comes the main fun part. He said he sent me 3.7 ltc (While i clearly mentioned that the config is 100$ when he purchased). The link he sent me about the 3.7 LTC is also a wrong interpretation.

U will see he only sent 1.9 LTC(100$) and the rest of 1.8 LTC was returned to a new (own) address. This is a procedure any wallet can use to send crypto. He wrongly mentioned that he wants 3.7 LTC. 

And lastly, I am not a bank. I do not store money to give anyone interest. If anyone mentions they want an exact crypto amt refund that is fundamentally wrong to think anyone is just sitting on ur money. 

I have sent a refund of 100$ to op just now. If the admin thinks that I am wrong on the above statement do inform.

It seems like you have refunded to an impersonator address. You never refunded to the OP address. You should always refund to the address on the thread not discord. Refund him within 24 hours.

And yes i now feel like an idiot looking at the 3.7 ltc but tbf he didnt see it at the time either, just figured it was ltc and its pricing.

And Shofur i didn't get the 3.7 part then cause I never cared what u said on the refund amt. I only had 100 fixed in mind xD. But in cases like this only u will be held responsible since u are the accuser. 

Check the txid and confirm .

Seems like i did get scammed. The problem is that begger sounded very agreeable. Didn't get the scam cause of my hot head at that moment. But after I checked the logs it kind of made sense. 

Since I am spending I would give another 100$ to the first person who finds the person in the below images. By finding I mean any discord or tele server he owns or any paid account he owns in this forum or n.to. Would like to see him banned. If the admins help in the effort , I am also willing to pay the same to them.
