This scam report will be quite frustrating for the staff team to respond to, since he tried to make a novel that makes no sense in order for him to win the report. I will just respond in some bullet points, explaining the actual situation:
Account delivery was in a timely manner, 5 days, 2 weekdays and 3 of them working days. Him knowing I don't work on weekends, and also being updated every day about his account status
He told me before purchase he wants a "European PayPal", yet after the 2 weekdays he expected the account to be done, not even mentioning which country exactly he wants. He was being aggresive, using language and at that point, I told him 5 times to send me the address to refund him, he refused thought and wanted me to create his account. Only at that point, almost 3 days after payment he has told me that he actually wants a UK PayPal.
Delivery of the account: He has received exactly what he has paid for, a UK PayPal Account, with documents included, phone and mail full access, vcc linked, cookies and usage stealth guide provided.
And at this point, his childish and completely stupid behavior begins:
First of all, he doesn't even know how to log into his google account, the account simply asking for a phone number to be added in order to confirm his identity:
That's the screenshots from the Google Spreadsheet he has made. The Phone number provided is for PayPal and PayPal only, yet he started getting all mad that the phone number doesn't work on Google when it's not supposed to work on Google.
You can see the non sense he talks about after, saying that he can't "add a number on some raped gmail coookie".
Then of course he hasn't included the screenshots where I told him that I will send him a phone number and help him get inside the google account, if he can't do that on his own:

After that, he started complaining regarding the fact that he doesn't know how to upload the cookies, I told him from the start he must use the j2 team cookies if he wants to be able to upload them, yet he kept trying other extensions and put the blame on me saying my cookies are shit and they do not work.
The warranty for the account is 24h, and all sales are final. Now Imagine me, having to refund him after I delivered exactly what he has paid for, a completely working stealth PayPal Account, with all the documents, cookies,
credentials, mail and phone number full access, all of them completely valid and working just because he doesn't know how to log into a Google Account that requires a phone number to be added to confirm his identity or
the fact that he kept using different cookie extensions to upload his cookies when I told him from the start which one he has to use.
I think mine stands much stronger, 5 days? I am no genius but if I sent money on the 9th and recieved on the 16th how is that 5 days? Completely ignored what we discussed being that you told me to wait and you would get back to me with an account on Monday, how were you going to do that if I had to provide more information? You said wait till Monday then Monday comes and no account as I have to pick country. Makes no sense at all does it?
Also, where is the abuse from my side? I attached an entire video so staff can pause and see what I wrote, no niggas thrown or anything unlike yourself. So to login, from the beggining? Really, when the guide says to use something else, it's great telling me after I have done it from following your out of date guide (already wrote about this in the docs, not a spreadsheet btw but he is not the brightest). Also all documents was a front and back of a license my dead aunt could have photoshopped.
If it is not meant to work on a site but you want me to login? I thought these fantastic proxies were good but it locked instantly. I like how you do not talk at all about the VCC bin nor the HQ PRIVATE MY FRIEND PLUG proxies lmao. Honestly terrible terrible terrible.
I think to finish just to bring it back to the first few bullet points, 7 not 5 days, can you not do basic maths? 2 Weekdays expecting it done? You did say Monday and you also said 24-48hrs so within 2 days would be right? Wouldn't it? Also can we attach some "being aggresive, using language" - Or would you like me to get all the screenshots of nigga being thrown at me over and overagain? No more responses, lets wait for the staff to decide. Also the defense it put together very poorly, more lies, I think the staff will be able to read through that and as the entire chat is documented on my end (before he deletes it all automatically, why do you do that?) so its transparent for everyone. Thank you again staff and I am sorry to have bothered you thus far.

Even if I were to deliver the account in 2 weeks time, what you're saying is irrelevant.
I told you after the 2 days that I will send you the refund if you can't wait. You confirmed with me before delivery of the account that you're down to wait and don't want the refund.
Delivery took no more than 72 hours after confirming with me which country u want. That's completely irrelevant thought.
The relevant fact is that you've received a completely working PayPal Stealth Account, yet you ask for a refund just because of the fact that you don't know how to log into a google account and upload some cookies.
I'm glad to help you setup the account properly, you have my full assistance on that matter. You cannot deem for a refund while the product is completely valid, just because you refuse my guidance.
@fpeacock44 You got a valid product, you are not following the seller instructions and expecting a different outcome. You should listen to what @HeavenlyGod instructions. @HeavenlyGod will not need to refund. You should know how to use the account before you buy as well.
