Additional Information: Been trying to communicate for weeks now and has been uneventful to say the least, empty promises and postponing everytime a deadline comes up. Been far too patient thinking there may be a legit product here.

seller says its been updated but access has been removed. Tried invoking the guaranteed warranty/refund previously with the seller and was left on read so had to escalate here. I no longer want to deal with this petty run around and would like a refund. @Liars
