Additional Information: So they had this thing where they had to cancel all the Spotify keys that paid thru PayPal because their PayPal got shutdown. As you can see in the photo I contacted them about my problem and they said same thing applies which it shouldn't cause I paid BTC and not PayPal so I would deserve my keys replaced for the lifetime of Spotify no?

Bro from the start I was asking to get my keys replaced nothing else but instead you said you would give me 20% off a new set of 5 keys. I was trying to make it work from the start but you didn't want too. All I'm asking for now is a refund. I don't have any keys from your service that work ATM since they all got trashed anyways so just refund me.
