Sold me 10k hits of league of legends

i checked them , very very low quality all of them under lvl 30 , and almost 3 k banned accounts (which is proves came from public shit)

after that he told me they are untested hits

what the fuck that even mean   , i dont know what word "hits" mean to him , when he didnt know what to say he justified it by he didnt have proxies 

After i demanded refund he said , i told you before paying (which not true at all ) you can see screen shots

would like a refund 
.1 because those "hits" or what ever the fuck he call them is low quality as fuck worth 0.05 $ (not to mention all of them are under lvl 30 , lvl 28 max )
.2 lying about it and he saying that he didnt test them (still i dont know how this making sense to him)

Also banned in nulled for scamming when i asked members their

btw i was make them when i have proxies u can ask @Krxcked he was my proxy provider :) but i dont have proxies like 2 weeks so i dont test the lines :) if u dont know how league cracker works its doesnt capture anything about acc just split the list the regions so i got hitlist :) btw i was told u i dont have proxies so idk the quality i dont test it :) u need to read before pay for smt BTW how someone sell 10k 30+ hits for 10 dollars ?

ah thanks for including the part of the conversation where you told me after i bought it , if a mod agree with it i include him with the conversation 

you keep saying the same words like in discord over and over
"i have hit list unchecked because i dont have proxies"   im losing brain cells everytime i read that
legit a public combo you get at least 2 lvl 30 + account per 1 k 
yours 10k and no lvl 30 + account , so it either tempred with or public shit

i paid as soon as i told you to give me your btc address , so yes you told me after i bought it

if you were actually a complete honest seller you would have said that way before selling , you are complete full of shit 

I demand my refund for two reason :

.1 extremely bad quality 
.2 for your 0 honesty
