Additional Information: He changed his forum Name multiple times, like when I deal with him it was YouLiedinApril, Then he changed it to Graykills, now LucksTest. I messaged him multiple times but he didn't reply ever. And He wasn't active in the forum too. That time was very crucial because of the covid issue. I felt really bad for him thinking whether he is okay or not. That's why I didn't open any dispute thread then. But today I saw him active and also he cleared the chats with me in Telegram. Then I understand it was a pure scam and I should take the step. The above screenshots are from that time. I thought that maybe he was not good in health but I should do what is necessary for me. And here the time comes!

sorry for this april is my friend and during these times he was actually worried and tried to get you your money as hard as possible he did get your money but sadly it was held in paypal and that paypal got perma limited the holder said in 6 months he will get out so if you could wait that time idk i remember this situation but ik he wont fuck his name over $210

sorry for this april is my friend and during these times he was actually worried and tried to get you your money as hard as possible he did get your money but sadly it was held in paypal and that paypal got perma limited the holder said in 6 months he will get out so if you could wait that time idk i remember this situation but ik he wont fuck his name over $210

some days back I was in the hospital and a client of mine send me money before services. But I wasn't available, tho my forum account was online because of being logged in to my pc. He thought I have scammed him, but later on, it was sorted out through communication.

all we can do is communicate with the related guy! As you can see, the payment was due in May and He told me that he will pay after a month. Then he said he doesn't have money. Did I make a report then? nope! It's been more than 6 months tho...
I messaged him, asked him about everything ok in his life or not!  But no reply from his side. Even before opening this dispute thread, i messaged him that. He didn't reply to that too.... so, what do you expect more?

But yesterday suddenly he appears and cleared the chat! What will you understand from the above situation?
