Additional Information: I purchased 2x lifetime account and both got kicked from family. Since there is no restock I am not able to get new family invites.
I've been waiting too long. I just want refund and idc about restock now (because in few weeks I will be kicked again and I will have to wait for restock many weeks again)

I accept your "TOS" in case if I would like to get a refund if service would work as expected. BUT...SERVICE IS NOT WORKING AS EXPECTED NOW. We are not talking about "I am bored and I want my money back". We are talking about SCAM SERVICE here. That's why TOS is not important here. 

I contacted you over week ago with ask for a family invites. You've not answered. I am tired of waiting and I don't want your service anymore, because it will work like that all the time. I found other provider and I've already purchased it (more expensive but at least works).

The only thing I want is refund. Crypto addresses you can find in my first post.

If you still think we can solve this issue without refund I would just want any administrator to close this deal dispute. I won't be saying anything more here, because I already shared everything what is needed in this situation to solve this dispute.

Let's be honest, mate. Few months ago there were exactly the same situation (no restock for a long time). I've not created this dispute earlier, because I though you have just few customers. I checked now how many customers you have (over 50 in discord server only. I bet there is much more in total) and I just hope that part of them will open dispute too. It's not fair offering "LIFETIME" service, which is not working more time that it actually works.

as I said above I am not looking for a replacement anymore. I've been waiting too long and I've already found other provider. 
I want to receive a refund, because I contacted him over a week ago and he didn't answer.

I am sorry to see that you're some short of blind, I am not refunding, as @Liars said I have to either provide you the product or refund, whatsoever, I'm not refunding.
