Amount or Item(s) Scammed: Netflix Upgrade. $18.

Additional Information: 
Purchased Netflix Upgrade, Premium UHD Plan.
Got downgraded to Standard HD plan after a month. Unable to change plan back to Premium UHD. Netflix isn't allowing it. 
Contacted him for support, help and assistance.
No reply and been Ghosting me since 4-days. 
His suggestions of "Watching simultaneously on more than 2 devices or trying to change plan to Premium UHD in Web Browsers other than Chrome will change the Plan Internally" does not work. Netflix does not allow me watch on more than 2 devices. Not able to change plan through any Web Browser other than Chrome.

Hello, my apologies. did not see this.
I am currently working with this user to solve this issue and avoid further conflict.
I am fully at fault and will be compensating the user.
