Sales Thread: He commenced offering this service a year ago, and it resembles making purchases from any store, but it utilizes the TL currency so it's cheaper
Amount or Item(s) Scammed: He was supposed to buy me a a 1400 TL Playstation Plus membership for me, and I paid $59.9 for it. However, after attempting to contact him for four days and noticing that he was online on this forum but not responding, he only refunded me $49.9 and suggested to keep the 10$ as a credit and I refused.

Additional Information: He would respond only once a day. If he couldn't complete the service or didn't have the time to do so, he could have told me upfront about it from the beginning and initiate a refund. However, he continued to avoid my messages, causing frustration on my end. This situation escalated, and the client that requested this service began spamming my business, causing me to lose potential new clients who were concerned they might face a similar problem.
When he issued the refund, he didn't mention that it was for an amount less than what I had paid. I only found out about the missing $10 when I asked him, and now, as usual, he is not responding to my messages.
