I waited the 14 days as you told me to, then I contacted them several times. Getting no response from them. Also the tracking page is still updating with stuff, last thing being:
"The shipment has been damaged and is being returned to the parcel center for repackaging"
and then the same day: "The shipment has been postponed and will probably be delivered on the next working day"
This was 5 days ago. I understand there might be some issues at DHL or Amazon which is out of your control. But wouldn't a successful FTID (your private method) atleast be showing the package as delivered? This just looks to me like it failed, or something else is going on.
Also for the record, you did tell me that I shouldn't worry about any issues and that you will help me if I need it. You said this, that's why I'm asking for your help.

Firstly, I should not be telling you wait the 14 days, I simply do the ftid service, the rest is up to you. Secondly, the parcel appears to be redropped on the 3rd and its not my runners location as you can check by the first location from first drop so those updates are from a second drop.
