For context, seller has 2 methods of delivering an account. 1 is a home xbox account and another is a shared account that requires his method of running the games. Throughout this report, all the accounts I am trying to purchase are home xbox accounts.
On 7 January 2023, I attempted to buy an account from him with final fantasy 7 crisis core remake (FF7) and payment was made that very day. Up till 25 January 2023, seller kept claiming that he is experiencing bank issues and is unable to deliver the game. Throughout this period i asked for a refund a few times but he declined although the product was never delivered. I did not open a scam report then because I had bought accounts from him in the past and he was generally reliable. So I decided to instead settle and we came to an agreement for Devil May Cry 5 (DMC5) and Hogwart's Legacy xbox home accounts instead. He delivered DMC5 immediately. I was unable to get Hogwarts then because i was on a previous gen console. However, upon getting a next gen console today and requesting for the hogwarts account, he gave me a shared account. When confronted he claimed "If u dont like this.method Go and store buy please" and "Now just method this Like or dont like". He also claims his shared method is exactly the same as a home xbox account. That is not true because a shared account requires the user to complete his method everytime the console wakes from sleep. Regardless, even if it did work as a home xbox account, it was not what was agreed upon. I am tired of trying to negotiate, just refund me what was paid or deliver what was promised (i.e. either FF7 Home account or Hogwart's Home account)
