Additional Information: Purchased 2 Netflix UHD upgrades on 12/1. As in the screenshot you can see he claimed can do the upgrades within 30 minutes after confirmation but then dragged for few hours to deliver the first one. Now for second one, he didn't deliver yet even after 4 days. There is also one more account he needs to replace. Now he has been ghosting me.

I am the service manager for his services, He is the upgrader. I'm done taking falls for him, he is always constantly ignoring customers and I don't want to work with him anymore. I will ask him to refund both these customers and delete all the advertisements I made for him.
