Additional Information: Bought 1k mailaccess web.de from this guy for 150$ ( as he said quality is insane etc ... ) , he sent the lines but only 3 lines out  of the 1k was valid. Contacted him , he said 20 mins and he will replace and it's been almost 24 hours and i still didn't hear anything from him.
