He kept writing to me every hour, bothering me, telling me why he didn't refund when the mistake was his, I have tried 3 times to refund, 2 of them from the app and one from the website, I told him to open a dispute and wait for PayPal I gave him the money back but he kept bothering me via chat telling me to refund him
