I guess you didn't see the ips correctly there are both static and rotating ips in the pool you were supposed to use static or rotating according to your purposes static ips are from fully dedicated servers so they have higher speeds

I received the wrong plan (cracking plan) from your staff, so I created a ticket several times and asked him to change the plan.
He always ignores me.

I needed a Static Proxy Ips, so I purchased a BOTTING/DUMPING PLAN.
