Additional Information: I bought an Aeroplan account on Jan 30 and it was bad. He said he would refund me or give me another account, but never gave me a working account or refund. Dude said he has no money right now and keeps finding excuses not to refund me. He's selling Uber, Amazon, and PSN giftcards right now, and I offered to take that instead of the Aeroplan account but he wants me to pay more for it. I just want a refund now.
