I will explain this in 3 paragraphs:

1. First of all, your role was removed for sharing the link to other people so that the gen could be reported and removed, I had a screenshot where the same person who reported the server admitted this, but it was in my discord account that it was removed with my server. He only has a screenshot in which he refuses to past the link, but obviously it's his word against mine. So this could be a point in his favor.

2. We all know that in every service there is a TOS, which is this and you can find it in the main server of my service. What stands out most is point 11 and 15, which are related to the case. So therefore, I would not have to reimburse, since it says right there that the role can be removed for breaking the rules or some other reason.

3. Finally, before buying a product or acquiring a service. We have to read the TOS. Otherwise, we would always be in these situations. This is the only problem I have had during the whole time of my service.
