Screenshots of Communication: I need to send it on PM because it contains his address and i'am not supposed to make it public.
Additional Information:
One customer got his item delivered! He replied i didn't and wait 3 days i will check the parcel He didn't talk since then. Until today i pinged him, he said he didn't find anything. We talked to amazon support they said we delivered to that address and it's signed. + tracking said also it's delivered.
The tracking is shown on the ticket
