His ICQ broadcast group with ~6.2k members added, which he uses to bait people: TIME GROUP >> (group link) https://icq.im/AoLFgrxOqdtRHOdF8TY
It seems to be his scamming method and I suspect he has multiple such groups and creates new ones to bait people.
His potential second acc: https://cracked.to/hellon8
He seems to create multiple accounts to bypass bans and increase reputation from one another to these accounts (which he did on my above WTB thread).
