I have been shopping with this person for Wise EU accounts for 1 month. There were no problems with the first 2 accounts, I used the accounts quite well. But then it asked me for verification before I could use the 3 accounts I bought. When I asked this person for this verification, he said that the probability of the account being opened was very low. So I asked him to open an account again. I thought the problem was coming from me. I encountered the same problem with other accounts I purchased and now they are not responding to my messages. I could not make any transactions in the accounts. I just changed the login information and that's it. While the first 2 accounts were fine, the fact that the last 3 accounts required verification in this way frankly made me suspicious. I have paid for the accounts I could not use and I request a refund of the $160 I paid for the 3 accounts.

Even though it said 100% warranty in its subject, it told me that there was no warranty in the accounts.

So first of all lets me make things clear, "100% warranty" isn't necessary a time factor, what i mean by "100% warranty" is that i guarantee that the account you receive gonna be 100% verified so it doesn't mean that you can come back anytime when your account deactivated and ask for a refund, i already told you that we dont give a time warranty on the telegram conversation https://imgur.com/4eDJF5P and also if you read our tos clearly you gonna understand that https://i.ibb.co/ctRqs6w/image.png
Second, you bought the account a month ago and now you back asking for refund after the account deactivated? you already know that our warranty is "login" so we're only responsible to deliver the account working and fully verified, after that its all your responsibility, as account deactivation can be caused by your usage or other factors that out of my control like wise banning wave.

The accounts you provided were locked without even making any transactions. You don't stand behind the service you provide. You try to brush off the incident by saying Wise locked the accounts. There is no seller strategy like that. I talked about this situation with another person who opened Wise and he said that generally these errors would be caused by fake IDs. When I looked at the IDs you gave me, you constantly changed and opened accounts using several same IDs and naturally the accounts were locked. It seems suspicious to me that you only change your name and date of birth when you should constantly change the IDs you use. If @Liars or @Darkness want to see these IDs, I can send them to them. Accounts with the same ID but constantly opened with different names and dates of birth. You wrote the same statement to me. I didn'tt receive the accounts 1 month ago. The accounts I bought are 1 week old, but the accounts are locked without using them. I bought an account from you at least once a week. It is obvious that the IDs you provided are fake IDs created by you. @Liars or @Darkness will make the final decision. I won't answer until they give an answer. I still stand by my complaint. I want you to refund my money.

Like I said, I'll send the IDs to @Liars and @Darkness if they want to see them. They will see that the IDs were created by you. PepeBlush

the ids are not made by me, i can send the original version if needed, also i use combination between real and fake ids as i provide wide service on wise like making custom names, i can provide replacement on the accounts that you haven't been used and no transactions on them

Doing this caused the accounts to be locked. You have seen that simply changing the name and date of birth doesn't help. It's impossible not to be amazed by your Photoshop experience. You are doing really good work. But this doesn't solve my problem. I don't want a new account. I request that the amount I paid be refunded to me.

I think @Liars or @Darkness will make a fair decision. I will send the IDs sent to me to @Liars and @Darkness if requested. PepeBlush
