Additional Information: I contacted the person about the cloud, paid, received a link to the cloud and in fact it turned out that this is a collection of garbage and not a database with fresh 2 million rows as the author himself writes (https://ibb.co/CKF1Pwv), I requested a refund but the person is clearly evading the refund
