Additional Information:I bought a Netflix lifetime upgrade account from this seller, who promised it would be a 4K account. Before purchasing, I specifically asked if it was 4K, and he assured me it would be. However, after paying, I received a standard account with ads instead of the promised 4K quality.
I contacted the seller right away, and he claimed he would upgrade the account to 4K. It's been over a month, and nothing has changed. Despite multiple follow-ups, the seller has made no effort to resolve the issue.
