It won't work that way for me. I used the service for only 1.5 months and then experienced significant interruptions and lack of support, making the service practically unusable for over 3 months. I didn't even receive a single text. A 60% refund does not seem fair given the circumstances. I request a full refund due to the poor quality and lack of support.
Claiming that he had bad connection, but bad connection for 3+ months? Couldn't even send a text? He claims that my tickets were 'auto-closed' for inactivity, yet I kept checking the vouches channel and saw other people getting their Netflix fixed. Meanwhile I won't even get a text back? LOL.

I stated on my discord server in anoucements that for july I will be not active much, for replies I always suggest opening a ticket. I cannot reply to every pm as I am spammed there. I will wait for Liars opinion. I am offering 60% refund or fix.

You claimed in your Discord server announcements that you would be less active in July, but the server does not even have an announcements channel where you could have posted this information. See the proof here: https://imgur.com/a/RcAzpGQ and https://imgur.com/a/SRtO37S It seems like there is a magical or imaginary channel where these announcements were made.
For over 3 months, I received no support despite opening multiple tickets, which you claim were 'auto-closed' for inactivity. However, I never received any response to any of my 5 tickets. You also mentioned being spammed in DMs and suggested opening tickets, but as I mentioned, I did open 5 tickets and they were never addressed. Meanwhile, I observed other users getting their Netflix issues resolved in the vouches channel. I request a full refund due to the prolonged lack of service and support.

LMFAO. It's interesting that the announcement channel appeared only after our discussion, leading me to believe I was previously hidden from the channel.

If what I'm saying is not true and I always had access to the announcement channel, I want to see the server audit log to confirm that the channel permissions were not edited.
