Long story short - I bought a 500 coupon from him. The first coupon I received was invalid and it got replaced immediately, which I appreciated. But because hotels.com has some issues right now with their payment processing and their gateway, you, or atleast I got error message "Sorry, we're having some trouble at the moment. Please try again." He told me to clear my cookies again, clear my cache and everything. I did everything he asked for and tried a different payment processor, but still got error messages. He then told me to just wait for tomorrow and try it again. So I just wanted to try and book something, and the code was invalid. As soon as I wrote into the ticket, he accused me of using the tickets and asking for new ones, which isn't the case. I also talked to the owner of the discord that he promotes in his thread and got called a dickhead, just for wanting a replacement, nice. Not really how you deal with your customers. LQ service, can't recommend. Would love to get my money back or the code I actually payed for. Screens will be attached asap
