Additional Information:

yesterday bought an acc from his shop, it was supposed to be auto delivery, anyways the order says to contact on Tele
so i did contact him and waited , but no answer although he was online and posting in his channel on tele.
i contacted him through my other Tele today and he replied FAAAST, after i sent order id again from the new Tele he ignored again.

User accidently messaged an impersonator of mine, thats why he got blocked. I wasn't available for a while to deliver his account , so that's why it got delayed. I have now delivered his account.
