Additional Information: I Have Bought This Proxysmack Subscription On 22 of November and I used for 2-3 days they were working good. But then they had some new update which took almost 3-4 days and after that update customer was not able to bind their old ip idk why they said everyone to use vpn. But after Using VPN also proxy were not working good as previous .After 1 day again proxy gone down and now they are not replying and not even giving refund. They have mentioned also if there is any ip issue they will refund to customer. They removed me from server also and I lost my rdp 1 time. I have vouched bad they remove my vouch also.

Hello, this is a temporary issue which is being fixed. Every customers will get their days back. We stated that there will be no refunds. The ip issue can be solved by using an UDP protocol vpn on your rdp. And don't come saying that you don't have a VPN because i dropped VPN accounts for everyone in the customer area.
