Hello, I also passed the same problem. I bought the lifetime license and the service only lasted 1 month and 20 days. In total, it was $100. If I can get a full refund or some part of it (You can deduct for the 1 month and 20 days of service) it would be fine.

Everyone knows, that lifetime is not actually lifetime, but I still think that it would be unfair not to give anything to you in return.
But giving you a full refund($82) is not fair, since we were running for almost 2.5 months.
Before reading further, do know that I also gave the ENTIRE DB(100+ Million Lines) of ThunderX to customers that bought lifetime, or bought very close to our shutdown. We ALSO gave another 20M lines, which spans over 20 days, so you got another 20 days of service, even though we closed. So a 82$ refund just doesn't seem fair at all.
I would like to let staff decide how much of a refund would be fair.

First of all, $ 82 is not a full refund as the amount paid was $ 152. I am subtracting $ 70 for the time I was in the service (1 month 20 days). Nobody expects to be there for a lifetime, but if you knew that your service would close in less time, you could say it and people only bought a plan for months or days.
Secondly, you only gave one last combo of 4M lines as goodbye that was like one more day of restock, I don't know what you mean with 20M for 20 more days, you only sent combos of the service's function time, which used in the time I was in the service (1 month 20 days).
