User was leeching with no intent of contributing so I've banned him. I don't have that clear of proof that he was scamming or that he was pretending to be Aang, but either way, he's banned so it is not longer an issue. If the user believes he was wrongfully banned, he is welcome to create a ban appeal, as is everybody that is banned.
