Additional Information:

I contacted him on telegram , I paid him 100$ for 400x hotmaill maill maill acess UK , he said he will send it in 5 minutes . After 2 hours he said he'll send it in 1 hour maximum
After 2 hours he said he will send it in 4 hours maximum.
It's been 4:30 hours and he's not answering.
I wrote him today, he doesn't answer.
I wanted to urgently buy Friday maills, Saturday I solved I bought from someone else.  I WANT REFUND MONEY 100$
