Unfortunately, I cannot help you get your money out because this does not depend on me and it is not my job to do this. The money will not remain permanently blocked there, it will be able to be withdrawn. Also, I cannot offer you a refund/replacement if your account has encountered a problem after 5 days since you received it.

As for the other 2 customers that we talked about, i contacted them, we discussed what it was about and they agreed to receive a replacement. One of them has already received the replacement, there is one left that I will replace today. With them, the replacement is available because they encountered problems in the first 24 hours after the purchase, it was not like your case after 5 days.

So i have received 2 accounts and both of them I never got to use once. He told me he know the issues and will fix it. But here we are and still nothing is solved, each account got limited within 24/48 hrs.

Hello, so first of all I agree that the admins should decide what needs to be done. As I already said, I discussed with the other 2 customers, one of them received a replacement and Dolfijn98 is "Impala" I also spoke with him, and he will update his answer after I give him a replacement.

As far as I knew, accounting is forbidden, I see that you weren't really interested in this, and even though you know it, you probably didn't care, also you're doing multi because you were banned for scamming, this is much more strange,and after all this you accuse me of scam only because I offer a 24-hour guarantee, and you are frustrated that your account had a problem 5 days after the purchase and I can't help you.

I tried to speak very decently and civilly, to be able to understand each other. I don't know what or how much you understood from what we talked about all this time here.

Accounting? lmao what you talking about. Staff may ban me again after this case. I just want to let them know that offering a not decent service is not the way you should do so. This is a problem which can’t occur in a day so you actually safe play yourself from scam reports.

I just want to let the community know about this trick of yours. You used to be nice helpfull and I mentioned that 3 times in the thread. I eventually understood that you had in real life problems until I spoke to multiple people with the same issue and you will replace them multiple times but won’t replace mine. I have the exact same problem as robin hood and dolfijn. So you can replace them because of your 1 day ToS but can’t replace mine but you agree on them that your service failed and that it is unusual. Weird.

It's not a trick, I don't understand what you're talking about. I was always nice and helpful to everyone because that's how I am. Yes, it is normal for other people to replace their accounts as long as they had a problem with them in the first 24 hours, but not your account because 5 days have passed. I don't understand what is so hard to understand and why you keep repeating this thing.  It seems like everything you're saying is because you're frustrated that they're still eligible for this and you're not.

I do not abuse the terms of the service in any case, why do you have this impression? just because I offer a 24-hour guarantee and you are no longer eligible because 5 days have passed? That's the only thing that happened, and I don't think this is something you can use to say that I am abusing the terms of service.

Also why wouldn't I mention that you are already banned? I said this leaving aside the things we have to solve, because it seemed to me an important aspect to say in the conditions in which you were banned for scamming,it is your right to open a scam report, but it seems to me that you have a lot of courage to do this considering that you were banned for scamming.

By accounting i mean you have a multi and that's forbidden, multi means when you have multiple accounts and that's not allowed. https://cracked.io/SikBeniABI - that's your first acount that got banned for scamming,now because you created this account it means you did "multi" and that's not allowed. Once your getting banned you have to appeal for unban. Not just creating a new account and say "Don’t come with shit like yo you already banned. Legit; you the most funny seller I ever spoke to. Guy admitted in first instance he made a mistake with the TAXID which caused a payslip problem. Now the second time I get the same thing and now it’s all me related ok.

@Liars @Darkness please look into this. We keep getting on and off topic. Just want to close this whole problem and get a solution and if not I will still throw in my channel that your service is not how it should be. Take a example of boomcat his revolut service that’s what you call a service.
