SILVERBULLET CONFIG TO CHECKER HELP

Hey so i have been trying to create a checker using silverbullet compile thing but i am getting some issues if someone can help please let me know

So firstly i just go to stacker and run the Compile thing and after few minutes of compiling it comes up with this error

i think you didn't install microsoft netframe latest version ... kindly check all version then restart it.
