If KT is on True that mean that the account is community banned so restricted of online mode.

This is a free tip for you (don't use this method in dropped accounts cuz a rdm can still you the account) :

• Make a Fake Account and add $5 in balance, or use your own steam account that have friend request
  
• send friend requested to cracked account, login and accept your self as friend
  
• everytime you wanted to play game, just check if they're online or not
  
• if they 're offline, just login and enjoy playing 
  
• make sure to set your status offline when you play so you dont caught up by their friends
